Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen issues can arise. If you receive a defective item or require alterations for sizing or other adjustments, we are committed to assisting you. Please carefully review the following guidelines regarding returns, defects, and alterations.
1. No Returns or Refunds
As our products are made to order, each piece is specially created based on your specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any items once the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size, color, and design, before finalizing your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Email us at lifestyleinaya@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the defect or damage, and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.
- We will review your request and, if applicable, arrange for the necessary alterations or replacement (subject to the nature of the defect).
3. Alterations
If your item requires alterations due to sizing or fit issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your alteration request, but please note that alterations may be subject to availability and the extent of the requested changes. Alterations are typically handled on a case-by-case basis.
- For sizing issues, we may be able to adjust the garment to fit your measurements.
- If alterations are needed, we may require you to send the product back to us.
4. Alteration Process

- Your order number
- A description of the alteration needed (e.g., size adjustments, length modifications)
- Any measurements or specific instructions for the alteration
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and confirm whether the alteration can be made. If accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
5. Courier Charges
Please note that courier charges for returning items for alterations or defect resolutions will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure and traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Inaya Lifestyle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.
If alterations are required, shipping fees for the return of the altered item will also apply, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to you.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Please be aware that the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-designed products
- Products that have been altered based on your specifications
- Products that have been worn or used (except for defective or damaged items)

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for any items, as our products are custom-made to your order. If a defect or issue arises, we will work with you to correct it through alterations or replacements as outlined above.
8. Processing Time for Defective Items or Alterations
Once we receive the returned product, the processing time for any necessary alterations, repairs, or replacements may take up to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the request. We will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you when your item has been shipped back.
